1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the relationship between rs5555 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at rs5555.cam, and any individual who registers, accesses or uses the Platform (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your").

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of the binding agreement between you and rs5555.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual user account registered on the Platform by a User.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding any bonus funds or free-bet credits unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer or other incentive granted by the Platform subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification, address verification and any other due-diligence checks required by the Platform's compliance obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of Pakistan, which the Platform supports as a functional display and reference currency.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on rs5555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable local law. The Platform is strictly not available to minors under any circumstances.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. You must not be acting under guardianship or legal disability.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or a national or resident of, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify your legal position before registering.
4. Single account: You are permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited, regardless of any variation in name, email address, payment method or device used.
5. Not a Prohibited User: You confirm that you are not a Prohibited User as defined in these Terms, and that you have not previously been self-excluded, banned or suspended from this or any affiliated platform.

The Platform reserves the right to request documentary verification of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the Platform's reasonable satisfaction.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You accept an ongoing obligation to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update it if it changes.

rs5555 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations. KYC verification will typically be required before any withdrawal is processed and may be required at any point during the account lifecycle. Documentation typically required includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence).
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the preceding three months).
• Proof of payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot or statement confirming account ownership).
• Such additional documentation as the Platform may reasonably require in connection with any transaction or account review.

Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges, temporary account restrictions or, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, permanent account closure. Funds in a closed account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Platform's AML procedures.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits made to your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The Platform does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the Platform and may vary by payment method; current limits are displayed in the live cashier at time of transaction.

The Platform references Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as payment methods familiar to Pakistani users. These references are provided for informational context only. None of these providers endorses, supports or facilitates gambling transactions. Availability of any specific payment method is subject to the method's own terms of service, applicable regulations and the Platform's current cashier configuration. Users must verify available options at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits or verified in the User's name. 6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on rs5555, including but not limited to cricket betting (PSL, ICC tournaments, T20Is), sports betting (football, UFC, tennis, kabaddi), live casino, slots, instant games and esports markets, are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or market, as displayed at the time of wagering.

1. Finality of bets: Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is binding. Users cannot cancel, amend or void accepted bets except where the Platform's specific game rules expressly permit it.
2. Odds and pricing: Odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The Platform reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at the Platform's reasonable discretion, and the stake returned to the User's Account.
3. Minimum and maximum stakes: Each product has defined minimum and maximum stake limits. The Platform reserves the right to restrict or adjust stake limits for any individual account or market at its discretion.
4. Results and settlement: Game results and bet settlements are determined by the Platform's official data providers and game system records. In the event of a dispute, the Platform's records shall be conclusive unless demonstrably erroneous.
5. Live / in-play betting: Bets placed on live markets, including live cricket and live sports events, are subject to a bet-acceptance delay and may be refused during critical phases of play at the Platform's discretion.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and any other incentives offered by rs5555 are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

• Bonuses are only available to Users who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion, which may include account verification status, deposit history and geographic restrictions.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, game contribution percentages and time limits are specified per promotion.
• The Platform reserves the right to withdraw, amend, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is evidence of abuse, technical error or where the continued operation of the promotion is no longer commercially viable.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated play across accounts, use of prohibited software or strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
• Any illustrative bonus figures shown on the Platform (e.g., "illustrative welcome bonus of PKR 25,000") are examples only. Actual bonus amounts and eligibility depend on the Platform's current published terms at time of claiming.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rs5555 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Registering as or impersonating another person, using false identity information or creating an account on behalf of a third party.
2. Maintaining more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, devices or payment methods.
3. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market, including chip dumping in poker variants.
4. Using any automated system, bot, script, macro or other software tool to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit gaming systems without prior written authorisation.
5. Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime through the Platform, including using the deposit/withdrawal cycle to process illicit funds.
6. Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software bug or system error to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not valid and will be forfeited.
7. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited under applicable law, through the use of VPNs, proxy services or other tools designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.

9. Responsible Gambling

rs5555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling carries real financial risk and may not be suitable for all individuals. The Platform provides a range of tools to assist Users in managing their gambling activity responsibly.

• Age restriction: The Platform is strictly available to adults aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Minors must not access or use the Platform.
• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes immediate effect. Increases to limits may be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Users may set defined loss limits to cap the total amount they can lose within a set period.
• Session time limits: Time reminder notifications are available to alert Users when a predefined session duration has been reached.
• Self-exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion through account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is enforced immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including but not limited to its design, graphics, user interface, branding, software, source code, game mechanics, odds display systems and all content (the "Platform IP"), are the exclusive property of rs5555 or its duly licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not convey any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit any Platform IP.

Any unauthorised use of Platform IP, including scraping, data harvesting or replication of odds data, game content or site design, will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rs5555 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable to any User or third party for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty or otherwise:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, data or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive loss or damage.
• Any interruption, suspension or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failure, maintenance, system updates, cyberattacks or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information, odds or content displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to technical error.
• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity, including but not limited to losses sustained during PSL, ICC, football, UFC or any other sporting event covered by the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. Users may request account closure by contacting support, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending transactions being resolved.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 8.
• Where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or criminal activity.
• Where continued operation of the Account would expose the Platform to regulatory, legal or reputational risk.
• Where a User is identified as a Prohibited User subsequent to registration.

Upon closure of an Account for breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation, and bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Where an Account is closed at a User's own request without breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via a verified payment method.

13. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's registered jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the Platform, which cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the operator's registered jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

rs5555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users by posting a notice on the Platform or via email, with a reasonable notice period before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure.
